Hi, I’m Dani —

a Personal Trainer with specialisations in pre- and postnatal fitness, over-55s fitness, Sports Nutrition, and health and wellness advisor based in Little Bay, NSW. I’m also a proud mum of three, a veteran of the Royal Australian Navy, a former ADF Women’s Mentor, and I previously represented Australia and the ADF for Women’s Rugby Union at an international level. 

I help real people with real lives—whether you're pregnant, safely returning to exercise, a busy mum, navigating perimenopause, feeling your age, or simply ready to prioritise your health and wellness. My approach combines personalised training, practical nutrition, and holistic support to help you feel strong, capable, and confident at every stage of life.
