Classes

A baby-friendly space for new mums to rebuild strength, connect, and move safely post-birth. Small-group training (max 4) where bubs are welcome alongside. Sessions focus on core stability, strength, and posture, with an additional 15-minute pre-class segment for postnatal mums dedicated to rebuilding the body from the inside out and developing pelvic floor awareness.

First time with us? Before booking your first session, you must have an initial free consultation with Dani. They are super quick, an online call that won’t take more than 15 minutes just so I can get to know you and your goals.
