A friendly, supportive space for over 55’s to build strength, improve balance, and maintain mobility. Classes focus on functional movements, muscle strength, posture, and joint health, with exercises tailored to all fitness levels and abilities. We also provide a safe environment for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, with training approaches that support bone density, hormonal health, and overall wellbeing.

First time with us? Before booking your first session, you must have an initial free consultation with Dani. They are super quick, an online call that won’t take more than 15 minutes just so I can get to know you and your goals.
