At Anchorage Health & Wellness Studio, we offer private and small-group training (max 4 people), including mums & bubs friendly classes and tailored over 55’s strength training, alongside nutrition coaching — all in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you're returning to movement post-baby, navigating perimenopause, or simply want to feel stronger and more energised—we're here to guide you with empathy, expertise, and practical tools that work in real life.

Our approach is simple: progress over perfection. We focus on functional movement, personalised support, and real-life solutions that help you move well, feel confident, and stay consistent.

  • Tailored 1:1 sessions designed around your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. Ideal for anyone wanting extra support, injury rehab, or a personalised strength and wellness plan. Available in-studio.

  • Train with a small group (max 4 people) in a motivating, supportive environment. Perfect if you love a bit of community but still want personalised attention. Each session is adapted to your needs and level.

  • A baby-friendly space for new mums to rebuild strength, connect, and move safely post-birth. For postnatal participants, classes include an optional 15-minute pre-class session dedicated to pelvic floor awareness, core stability, and gentle strength work — with bubs welcome alongside.

  • Certified, safe movement options for women during pregnancy or after birth. We help you move confidently and safely with support every step of the way.

  • Gentle, functional movement tailored to support strength, balance, and independence as you age. Designed for those wanting to stay active, mobile, and energised—whether you're new to exercise or getting back into it.

  • Realistic, sustainable support from a qualified Sports Nutritionist. No extreme plans—just simple strategies to fuel your body, improve energy, and feel better from the inside out.

Weekly Class Timetable

We currently run weekly indoor/outdoor small group sessions (max 4):

Mon & Wed 10:00am - 11:00am

(incl 15min Pelvic Floor recovery)

Personal training is held in our private studio in Little Bay, NSW.

Spaces are limited—bookings essential.
